Eric Eisenberg specializes in the defense of first and third-party No-Fault cases. Eric is truly a renaissance man, as he has worked extensively in medicine and in the financial industry before putting these skills to work as an attorney. He obtained his law degree from the Michigan State College of Law in 2008; working full-time as a paralegal while obtaining his law degree at night. However, Eric began his career as a nurse working in critical care and in the Cardiac Catheterization laboratory. His first-hand medical knowledge has given him the edge in recognizing the fundamental issues supporting claims for damages and to obtain the discovery necessary to defend the claim. His ability to “talk the talk” with medical professionals has made him the resource person of choice for the deposition of physicians, nurses, therapists and chiropractors. Since obtaining his law degree he has specialized in the defense of closed head injury and complex injury cases. His extensive experience working with medical experts has led to his involvement with our clients’ specialty divisions; and he is often brought in as a consultant in these areas.
Eric obtained a MBA from Davenport University and has his series 7 and 63 securities licenses. As a broker for Morgan Stanley; he was licensed to sell various lines of insurance products. He is well versed in the business side of insurance and brings that understanding to the relationship with our clients. Eric serves as a pro bono peer monitor for the Lawyers and Judges Assistance program.
